LJ12A3-4-Z/BX Equivalent NJK-5002C Tubular Inductive Proximity Sensor Switch NPN 3 Wire DC 6-36V
An inductive proximity/distance sensor that can detect metallic objects at close range. As soon as a metal object is detected, the signal wire and ground are connected with a transistor. If no object is detected, the signal wire takes the voltage of the power supply through the built-in pull-up resistor. For example, the sensor can be used in 3D printers.
Pinout:
- Brown: Supply voltage/+
- Blue: GND/Ground/-
- Black: Signal output
Note: The sensor only works with metals, so not with glass or plastic, for example.
